This information will only be used to confirm your eligibility for referral fees. We may collect additional information from our banking partners regarding your Card Account in order for us to asses the risk and make sure your identity is not being used by a fraudulent user. We may send you email promotions and other information that may be of interest to you from TrustnPay Ltd or from its partners. We will not sell, transfer or share any Personally Identifiable Information about you to any third parties outside of TrustnPay Ltd and its banking partners, or under exceptional circumstances as may be required by law or to protect legal rights.
